University of North Texas - Administrative Specialist IV - International Recruitment Office
UNT-International Recruiting is hiring an Office / Marketing Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of their administrative processes and to provide excellent student service. The Administrative specialist IV reports to the Director of International Recruitment and receives task assignments from the Assistant Director of International Recruitment.Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:* Provide clear, accurate, courteous and encouraging customer service via all communications and delivery channels to all stakeholders on campus and abroad.* Share up-to-date information about programs, application processes & admissions requirements via collateral, websites etc..* Manage the accurate input and accessibility of prospect and applicant data using systems including EIS & CRM.* Facilitate the process of marketing campaigns, mailings, recruitment events, on-campus visits, vendor/agent engagements etc.* Manage local and regional recruitment activities and events. The successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent and four years of progressively responsible office administration experience. Substitution of education for experience allowed. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:* Intermediate MS Office skills.* Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, to handle multiple tasks, and to coordinate the work of others.* Ability to keep complex records, to assemble and organize data of complex nature, and to prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats.* Ability to conceptualize, plan and organize multiple assignments effectively.* Ability to work on tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness.* Knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures.* Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships.* Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.* Knowledge of policies, practices, procedures and terminology of assigned function.
