The Associate Registrar for Courses, Records and Registration is responsible for the management of Schedule of Courses, block scheduling of first-time first-year students, registrar components of the University Catalogue, curriculum changes and the Registrar Office calendar. Provides high level oversight of the records and registration component of the Registrar's Office. Works collaboratively with the University Registrar and other Associate/Assistant Registrars in the leadership of the office, and in contributing to the university's recruitment and retention goals. Actively foster a collaborative environment of respect, integrity, innovation, candor, and accountability. Reports to the University Registrar.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in related field and five - six years' progressive experience in a Registrar's Office or related experience required. Supervisory and management experience required. Effective analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Proficient with technology and familiar with student information systems.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with BANNER student information system.
