Perform financial transactions, processing record maintenance and administrative support of business operations for the Graduate College. Reconcile budget and expenditures and resolve discrepancies. Provide support for Admissions and student services data; provide summaries and analysis of data/statistics. Provide technical management of office equipment and software in support of the Graduate College.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate's degree in Business, Accounting or related area, one to three years finance support experience required. Working knowledge of software applications and equipment used to support area operations required. Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. Familiarity with data base management and data display and communication required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and pivot table use) and UVM software (Peoplesoft, Axiom, Banner, RepGen, etc), highly desirable.
Experience working in a College/University setting, with financial, admissions and human resource forms and procedures highly desirable.
Part time would be considered.
