Position Description

Assistant Professor of Accounting

The Department of Accounting and Legal Studies at the College of Charleston is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor in accounting for Fall 2018. While all areas of teaching and research will be considered our primary need is taxation.

A Ph.D. in accounting from an AACSB accredited (or equivalent) institution is required. Preference will be given to those with professional licensure and evidence of effective teaching. A program of scholarship as evidenced by publications in peer reviewed journals is expected as well as service to the Department, School and College.
