Job Summary/Basic Function: Under general supervision, the Enrollment Specialist I is responsible for providing customer service to students/faculty/staff who walk in, phone-in and/or email inquiries; offer information concerning college services and information including but not limited to admissions, academic/registration procedures, advising services, TSI requirements, exemptions, residency, transcript, academic programs, and financial aid, etc.. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying at risk students and formulating student success plans in collaboration with staff, faculty, advisors, and administrators.

Work Hours: Typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. May include some evening and/or weekends.

Qualifications

Education

Necessary Qualifications: Associate's Degree

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

Necessary Qualifications: Two years of related experience in a higher education setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in admissions, financial aid, and/or registrar environment.
