Duties: The selected candidate for this position will assist in the execution of all Center events and programs, most notably the Fall and Spring Center Members' Meetings. The Administrative Assistant will serve in a supportive role with these tasks; helping with the details of these Center events. Assist with the end-of-year report for the Center's Director. Inputting of data and maintaining the integrity of the donor database. Handle correspondence on behalf of the Center. Follow activities of the Real Estate Clubs, attend meetings with Real Estate Clubs and by following websites and other media outlets, and catalogue information for later use in Center newsletter, website, Facebook page, etc. Assist with providing periodic updates to External Affairs Department concerning stewardship of endowments, gifts and other awards. Assist will all other programs of the Center.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree strongly preferred. Must be able to work independently, multi-task, maintain confidential information and work with a diverse population. Excellent verbal, organizational, interpersonal and written skills are a must. Proficient PC skills, knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite and large database programs required; skill with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and Google applications preferred. Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with a variety of people on a plethora of tasks.
