Job Summary This position serves as an administrative assistant and liaison to the Program Director of the NSF IDEAS Training Program housed within the Odum School of Ecology. The individual holding this position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program. Duties include collating and disseminating information regarding the program to prospective and current students, as well as faculty; providing assistance with the planning and implementation of programmatic activities; and maintaining and updating program level databases, websites and promotional materials. The position also involves advising of program trainees. Key programmatic duties include: acting as the communications hub for the program; scheduling program-related meetings; and general program administration. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a bachelor's degree with 1 year of related professional experience OR an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
