Advertised Salary:

Minimum $42,167 ANNUAL (12 months)
Depending on Qualifications



Degree and Area of Specialization:

Masters or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field with training and experience in adult and infant mental health.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Required: 3 years relevant post-licensure experience conducting psychotherapy with women and infants/young children during the perinatal and early parenting period; experience in assessment and treatment of women's mental health and parent-infant/child relationships; knowledge of infant and early childhood social-emotional development.

Preferred: Experience working with AODA assessment and treatment; experience working with families living in poverty and with history of trauma; experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychoeducational groups; experience with attachment issues and parent-child psychotherapy, reflective supervision experience. Experience conducting professional development for other professionals.



License or certificate:

WI Licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist) required.



Position Summary:

This position is under the direction of Dr. Roseanne Clark. The Mental Health Clinician will provide assessment and treatment of women's mental health and parent-infant/child relationships.

Screening criteria for this position will include the following:
1. Meeting the degree requirement
2. Having Wisconsin Licensure as a Mental Health Clinician
3. 3 years of relevant post-licensure experience conducting psychotherapy with women and infants/young children during the perinatal and early parenting period; experience in assessment and treatment of women's mental health and parent-infant/child relationships; knowledge of infant and early childhood social-emotional development.

Other criteria that we will be looking for will include the following.
