Required Qualifications:
Ability to read, understand, and interpret program requirements, as well as department, school, and university requirements.

Ability to proofread for correctness and completeness of data.

Ability to prepare clear, concise, grammatically correct correspondence in a timely manner.

Ability to communicate clearly in both speech and writing in a courteous manner with internal and external contacts.

Ability to understand and complete verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.

Ability to type on a keyboard with few errors.

Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records and files.

Ability to work under pressure in an office setting and complete work within established deadlines.

Ability to work individually and in a team environment.

Skill in using Microsoft Word.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience working in higher education environment.
Technical experience with software and network based software.

Job Description:
Ensure graduate students have completed requirements for graduation. Process course forms, update curriculum, and update student degree audits.

Job Duties:
Update graduate degree audits, review theses and dissertations, ensure students have completed degree requirements; update degree audits and records when changes in curriculum have been approved. Assist with commencement. Provide information to students, faculty, and staff by answering miscellaneous questions; perform other duties as assigned.
