Performance and Data CoordinatorPosition Summary
This position will analyze project performance data for integrity and accuracy, create and report on departmental metrics, create project reports while verifying report content, develop power point presentations for departmental and administrative use, collaborate with PDC leadership and project teams to document and define processes, assist with departmental action planning and road map activities, create learning opportunities with project teams, and assist with capital projects facilitation sessions with a focus on team health and performance.
This position will demonstrate high performance by identifying innovative approaches and supporting leading edge practices to increased stewardship and service excellence.Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in a departmental, college-level or central office, working in the supported programs area of administration and/or one to three years of related and progressively more responsibility or expansive experience working as a performance and data coordinator; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Construction, or technology related field; excellent communications skills; training experience; comfort with technology, including web-based applications; business experience, including accounting and contracts; knowledge of MSU EBS system, including KFS and Business Intelligence; experience with FAMIS, Oracle Unifier, and Oracle Discoverer; experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Power Point; familiarity with design and construction related processes, documents, and terminology; experience with software support; knowledge of University structure, policies, and procedures; organizational ability and initiative; ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team; ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.Required Application Materials
