NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has a challenging opportunity for an Assistant Director of Global Degree & Executive Education Programs. The Assistant Director will support the Director of Global Degree and Executive Education Programs in all aspects of budgeting and operations for NYU's Stern global degree and executive education programs, including: TRIUM Global Executive MBA, MS in Global Finance, MS in Risk Management, MS in Business Analytics, Custom Executive Education and Short Courses. S/he will reconcile all student receivables and account payable expenses, and ensure the smooth delivery of all global degree and executive education programs for modules and special events held at NYU Stern. The Assistant Director will also serve as the main contact for all global degree programs on all issues related to financial aid.

Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 3 years' progressively responsible professional experience in student services, operations, financial analysis and reporting, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent judgement, problem-solving, customer service and analytical skills are essential. The selected candidate will have a strong knowledge of budgets and financial reporting. Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance are preferred.
