Job Summary Serving as the DLSA in the College of Education, this position is directly responsible for all pre-award approvals for federal, state, and foundation grant and contract submissions. This position works with faculty in developing grant proposals, especially budgets. This position supervises pre-award staff for the College of Education while also serving as a key liaison between pre- and post-award staff specifically interfacing with post-award staff around questions of award guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university required. Five to eight years of direct experience in the area of research administration (proposal submission and non-financial post-award management) required; or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Delegated Limited Submission Authority (DLSA) status required for internal incumbents.
