Job Summary:

This position supports the many varied tasks and strategic initiatives of the Purchasing Services department. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated record of supporting technical and professional staff with a strong commitment to customer service. Important activities of the department include development of contracts for goods and services needed by campus, processes related to Requests for Bids and Proposals, timely release and distribution of purchase orders, satisfaction of open records requests, and maintenance of key business process systems and databases include the campus vendor file.



Schedule Comment:

Monday through Friday. Standard business hours.
