Vice President for Inclusive Excellence Virginia Commonwealth University Richmond, VA

Virginia Commonwealth University invites inquiries and nominations for the Vice President for Inclusive Excellence, a leadership role with the opportunity to realize VCU's vision of becoming a model university for inclusivity. Leading the Division of Inclusive Excellence and implementing a newly adopted Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Action Plan, the Vice President will be a visionary and collaborative leader for the University. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with significant experience fostering equity, diversity and inclusiveness in higher education.

The Vice President will work in a vibrant community that includes two campuses in Richmond, the capital of Virginia and a city with a diverse and rich cultural and business presence. As an advisor to the president and member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President supports VCU leadership and units in the implementation, assessment and monitoring of strategies and their effectiveness for making VCU a model for inclusivity.
