Research Associate - Graduate School Of Social Work
Answering to the Butler Institute for Families Director of Research and Evaluation and works under the project direction of research faculty. The Research Associate is responsible for research and program evaluation activities, including participation on a collaborative project team, data collection (e.g., interviews, document reviews), and data analysis and interpretation (particularly qualitative analysis and interpretation). The ideal candidate will have experience working from a developmental evaluation framework. Responsibilities of this position include creation of evaluation plans for tribal child welfare organizations, as well as report preparation. This position includes up to 35% travel.
Monday-Friday. Schedule is flexible and will change when required to travel.
