Duties: This Administrative Coordinator will provide support for the Epidemiology Division educational programs, focusing largely on training grants and student funding. The Administrative Coordinator will: Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of training grants that support pre-doctoral and post-doctoral trainees in our epidemiology and biostatistics degree programs; Establish timelines, maintain routine and timely correspondence with the PIs and CCEB business office; Collect and maintain trainee and mentor data/records for active training grants and any new submissions proposed by CCEB faculty; Create and maintain records of all tuition and funding data for trainees/students; Coordinate tuition payments/remittance forms; Create and reconcile invoices; and Manage educational and travel funds for all trainees appointed to these grants.

Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of post-graduate work experience preferred. Ideal candidate will have experience in an academic research setting working with grant submissions or educational programs, and will function well independently as well as collaboratively. The final candidate will have superior organizational skills, the capacity to handle multiple tasks, and a strong work ethic. Successful candidates must be flexible and possess strong customer service skills.
