Duties: This position will provide administrative support to the HMSA research program under the direction of two faculty members in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. The responsibilities include coordinating duties such as scheduling for faculty members, organizing meetings, answering phones, processing travel and reimbursements, and other activities to administratively support the HMSA research activities of the PIs. This position will help organize research and advisory board meetings and those duties will include ordering food, securing space, producing materials for meetings, setting up meeting space, tracking attendance, communicating with attendees, facilitating travel arrangements, processing travel reimbursements, and taking meeting minutes. This position will also assist with manuscript submissions and assist with maintaining the faculty members CV and other support materials.

Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Healthcare field experience as an executive assistant preferred. Excellent organizational, verbal and written skills required. Previous event planning experience is preferred, but not required.
