Duties: Support Penn's investment in staff development by coordinating HR training operations to ensure productivity and efficiency. Tasks include: administering the Learning Management System; budgeting and financial reporting; facilities management; coordinating the Career Coaching process; scheduling external consultants/vendors; providing administrative support to the Executive Director and the Learning & education Team.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience in training administration and/or events planning preferred.
