ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST II
Job Summary This person will work with the Director of the CEID and other faculty members in four broad areas: 1. Communications 2. Event Planning 3. Administrative Assistance 4. Grant-writing Assistance In addition to working directly with the Center Director and Center researchers, this person will work directly with the Financial Director of the Odum School of Ecology; CEID students, and staff; external stakeholders such as clients and industry or donor points of contact. Position will interact with potential clients/funders and therefore be responsible for maintaining reputation for technical excellence and administrative competence. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related management experience; OR six (6) years related management experience; OR equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
