Position Summary:

This clinical track position is located in the Department of Surgical Sciences. The position will be responsible for providing instruction, outreach, research and field work in cooperation with the zoological medicine clinical services at UW in the area of great ape husbandry, care and population management, DNA-based breeding programs for any non-endemic species in the country, such as orangutans and chimpanzees. This work will take place in partnership with area zoos.
