The Research Project Administrator IV will supervise and support a team of Research Administrators regarding sponsored project information, proposals and awards. This role will independently review proposal budgets and forms for a portfolio including complex, multidisciplinary, multi-PI proposals, and grants and contracts with nonstandard sponsor requirements and restrictions. The administrator will establish sponsored project accounts and serve as a subject matter expert in award review and setup and a resource/advisor for OSPA staff for office processes and procedures related to award review, negotiation and management. Additionally, the Research Project Administrator IV will maintain advanced knowledge and expertise in sponsored projects administration (e.g., policies, procedures, regulations for UK, state and sponsors) and electronic systems and demonstrate advanced understanding of the fundamental principles and underlying policies, procedures and regulations.
