We are currently seeking a Transcript Evaluator who will advance the institution's proud tradition of excellence in academics, student life and community service.
You: A strong "people person" who enjoys evaluating information from a variety of sources and figuring out how to open doors for students to obtain the education they need to pursue their career dreams.
Your mission: Administer and support a comprehensive system of transcript evaluation for first-time and transfer students.
A typical day: You'll stay busy with a broad range of activities such as analyzing transcripts, communicating with students, tracking completed evaluations and developing a library of materials for course evaluation.

Associate's degree in related field.
Three (3) or more years of work experience required, preferably in higher education.
One (1) year experience in student records or transfer credit preferred.
Experience with Student Administration software.
Experience in auditing data and preparing reports.
Experience in research interpreting and applying policies and procedures.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to maintain confidentiality of work related information and materials.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work with detailed information from a variety of sources.
