Description: We invite applications for the position of Associate Professor of Hebrew Bible/Old Testament beginning in August 2018. Applications from underrepresented groups are encouraged.
Specialization: Hebrew Bible/Old Testament. Preferred candidates will demonstrate a familiarity with diverse and two-thirds world hermeneutical perspectives. A feminist-critical background and/or an emphasis in Old Testament Theology is desirable.
Responsibilities: Research, publication, committee memberships, student advising, and teaching 8 undergraduate courses annually.
Level: Associate Professor Rank.
Qualifications: Earned Ph.D.
Experience: Must demonstrate excellence for a minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching, research, and service to their institution.
