ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, School of Public Health, Admin & Finance (8932/G2817)
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Development, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative and logistical needs of the Dean's Office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: processing financial transactions for the Dean's Office, receiving Dean's office guest, printing materials and preparing supplies for meetings, coordinating lunches, and other projects at the discretion of the dean.
This person will contribute to the Dean's Office operating at its highest level.
The Dean's Office environment is rapid, dynamic, and fluid, requiring high levels of executive functioning, superb customer service, rapid processing, and outstanding organizational skills.
Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of experience required.
