Outreach & Recruitment Analyst

Outreach and Selection (O&S) is a global functional department that works with pre-applicants serving as the first point of contact for potential grantees as well as for partner institutions/organizations throughout the world. The Outreach and Recruitment Analyst will conduct outreach and recruitment activities serving as a point of contact for a variety of programs which includes TechWomen. This individual will work closely with the Outreach and Selection team to handle client requests, special projects/technical tasks and participates in budget monitoring.
- Develops detailed and targeted outreach and recruitment strategy plans in consultation with outreach team and subject for approval prior to implementation.
- Collaborates with team in implementing recruitment strategy for an assigned region. Serve as a point of contact for potential applicants interested in a variety of programs.
- Develops and maintains contacts at partner institutions. Interacts with institutions of higher education, scholarly associations and, as needed, other external constituencies, including vendors, consultants and contractors, to professionally represent IIE.
- Assists in the planning and implement any electronic outreach program in collaboration with Communications Specialist.
- Tracks, monitors and supports production and/or distribution of outreach materials and information. Ensures correct brand usage in creation of all materials.
- Contributes to the development of program reports.
Education and Work Experience:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in order to apply a working knowledge of the theories and principles in a specialized field or work discipline.
- Requires at least two years of related work experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of and experience with relevant educational sector.
- Strong understanding of fellowship advising on college campuses.
- Ability to organize and handle a large volume of work under severe time constraints and pressures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English with superior writing and editing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use diplomacy in difficult situations preferred.
- Previous experience with customer relationship management and database software preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Willingness and availability to travel extensively.
