Duties: Under supervision of the Director of Online Learning and Analytics, assist with the course development process, coordinate the launch of new courses, work with course teams to revise courses based on best practices, and respond to learners in the course discussion forums. Coordinate with TAs and faculty in the creation and management of written, online and social media communications; develop in course surveys; assistance with assessment and evaluation of courses. Coordinate meetings with faculty and TAs, respond to learners through email and phone, coordinate effective project workflows, and assist the Director of Online Learning and Analytics with reports and presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders. The position will have an indirect report to the Faculty Director of Online Learning.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience supporting live courses with a learning management system such as Coursera or edX and exceptional customer service working with faculty and learners preferred.
