Advertised Job Summary: USC Connect is a comprehensive learning initiative to support all students in enhancing their Carolina education by connecting academics and beyond the classroom experiences. USC Connect administers Graduation with Leadership Distinction (GLD) which recognizes students for their achievement in integrating learning within and beyond the classroom to lead. The USC Connect Advisor will (1) advise students on Graduation with Leadership Distinction and support their development of integrative learning (e.g., developing presentations and e-portfolios reflecting within and beyond the classroom learning) (2) support USC Connect initiatives including working with faculty and staff throughout the university to coordinate and provide programs and services to students related to integrative and experiential learning (3) support the maintenance and development of record-keeping, services, materials, and marketing to students. The USC Connect Advisor will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director and in collaboration with other USC Connect staff and university partners.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Masters degree in Student Services or related field, or bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience.
