ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, School of Medicine, Pulmonary Center (8912/2717)
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative assistance to the Pulmonary Center Director and overall administrative support for Pulmonary Center operations. This will involve major responsibilities for event planning, including weekly meetings as well as annual and occasional larger events. This individual will contribute to financial management including travel and other reimbursements, order processing, corporate credit card oversight, and invoice payments. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a liaison to other administrative offices, such as for computer, facilities, and educational support activities for the Center. The role includes being an active member of the coordinated administrative team that provides administrative office coverage including filing and organization support and phone reception. The incumbent will assist with web site development and updates, and with development efforts for the Center.
1-3 years of experience and Bachelor's degree.
