Duties: Under general direction, order research laboratory animals according to investigator specifications while ensuring compliance with regulatory policies (IACUC and ULAR); process animal transfers and NBC animal additions; maintain financial records for animal procurement; perform invoice concurrence and ensure appropriate billing. Process payroll, Utilize Ben Buys for purchases

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Associate's degree preferred. Experience preferably at a higher education institute. Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required. Exceptional organizational, oral and written communication skills. Candidate should possess the ability to manage time and work independently under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and judgment in setting priorities, as well as handling multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Experience working in an office environment (university setting a plus). Knowledge of BEN Financials a plus. Strong customer service skills.
