Professional Mentoring Program Coordinator

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for supporting the program director with recruiting student mentees, matching mentors and mentees, and facilitating the assessment of the program's engagement goals and objectives. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly administrative position that reports to the Director of Professional Mentoring.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree required. Ability to make effective presentations in small and large group settings. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence by embodying Roosevelt's core values, mission, and vision in every aspect of the role working with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. A positive and professional demeanor Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. #CB

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with students in a college or university. Experience with Access and online surveys
