Job Summary/Basic Function:
The University of North Texas (UNT) is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the area of plant biochemistry. Exciting opportunities are available to study the spatial compartmentalization of lipid metabolism in plant systems using sophisticated tools in imaging mass spectrometry combined with other approaches in molecular biology and biochemistry. Minimum Qualifications:
A Ph.D. (or equivalent) in biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology or a related discipline is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with plant metabolism is preferred.
Experience with analysis of plant lipids by mass spectrometry is preferred.
Expertise and experience in lipid metabolism research is preferred.
