Responsibilities:

The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach responsibilities include assisting in practice preparation and implementation as well as game day preparations and decisions; on and off-campus recruiting as well as recruiting correspondence with prospective student-athletes and club coaches; organizing clinics and community service outreach; assist with scheduling; video breakdown; attending staff meetings; alumni relations; planning and organizing fund raising events; and numerous administrative duties as assigned by the head coach. In addition, the applicant needs to have knowledge of the NCAA and conference rules and the willingness to abide by those regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. One to two years of coaching experience preferably with a Division I program. Collegiate or international playing experiences preferred. Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations required. Previous experience with budgeting procedures, strong communication skills and good management skills required. Traveling with team and working evenings as well as weekends is required.

Additional Information:
This is a 10 month position.
