University of North Texas - Student Services Specialist I

The Office of the Registrar at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Student Services Specialist I to join their team. The position supports the Student Service Specialist III in charge of graduation by assisting in the preparation of graduation application processing through review and modification of all degree awards as well as with positing of degrees to students records in a timely manner. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:* Assist with customer services related to commencement, graduation, and program plans. * Support transfer articulation processes and workflow. * Help with maintenance of system data accurately between the degree audit and system database.* Aid in maintenance of student program plan data. * Contribute to Commencement preparations, review the program, and proof communications. The successful candidate will possess an Associate's Degree and one year of office administration experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
