Position Description: Tenure-track faculty position in School of Health Administration.
Candidates will have an earned doctorate and masters, one of which must be from a CAHME, AACSB or CePH accredited program.
Appointment to the assistant professor rank requires a publication history, established research agenda, and a strong commitment to teaching.
Appointment to the associate professor rank requires an established research publication record, demonstrated teaching excellence, and service leadership accomplishments.
Appointment to the professor rank requires an extensive research publication record, demonstrated teaching excellence, and major service leadership accomplishments.
The eligible candidate will receive the appropriate rank based on university and department standards.
Preference will be given to candidates who have board certification in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and/or Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
To ensure full consideration, please submit the following by September 8, 2017: a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, transcripts, and evidence of teaching, scholarly, and work experience in healthcare management.
