Duties: This position will provide diversified administrative support to the chair's office, faculty and house officers in the Department of Clinical Sciences and Advanced Medicine. Primary responsibilities will be to assist course organizers with all phases of the courses for veterinary students. This includes arranging lecturer schedules and lab schedules. In addition, teaching materials, lecture notes, slides, electronic exams, etc. will need to be uploaded to Penn's course management system. Preferred candidate will be responsible for the procurement of physical materials for classes with a lab component. Additional duties will include proctoring exams, calculating and posting grades and facilitating communication between students and the course organizer. This position will also provide sole support to several services working collaboratively with the section heads to include set-up schedule for student rotations as the liaison with the student captain for each rotation (25), grade submission and recording section meeting minutes. In this role, the candidate will assist in resident applications by maintaining accurate records and setting up appointments for in-house and video conference interviews. Candidate will also process travel reimbursements, order supplies using Ben Financial system and the University Procard, and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or the Chair's Office.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
