Duties: Serve as the recruiting coordinator for the Division of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics (DRIA) servicing 33 varsity intercollegiate sport programs. Serve as DRIA's liaison to both the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and the Office of Student Financial Services. Provide administrative support for varsity program management. Develop plan to administer and monitor the NCAA distribution of funds. Organize and manage the Penn Athletics Mentoring Program.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years to 5 years of relevant experience in an intercollegiate athletic environment or University community, or a combination of related experience in an organization of similar scope and complexity. Exceptional organizational skills as well as a demonstrated commitment to inclusion, community, diversity and gender equity. Exemplary record of interpersonal and communication skills.
