A prestigious and growing real estate holdings firm in the Bronx, is seeking a Network Administrator to handle IT duties, including servers, desktop systems, hardware/software integration and office systems.

- Ability to Support Networked Multifunction Printers, Photocopiers, and Other Devices
- Working Knowledge of Current Communication Devices and Protocols, and Server and Desktop Technologies
- Project Management
- Ability to Stay Current with the Rollout of New Technologies.

We pride ourselves on employing well-qualified and reliable superintendents and field managers to manage our properties. Many of our field managers and office staff have been with Chestnut for over a decade, and are present and accessible to our tenants on a daily basis. In addition to having hands-on, reliable staff, Chestnut also provides tenants with a direct hotline to call with repair requests or concerns, which are addressed in an organized and timely manner.
