The Law Tax and Financial Planning (LTFP) Department at Bentley University has an immediate opening to teach our Investments and Capital Accumulation course (FP 601). This course explores tools and techniques central to personal investment planning. It concentrates on developing the skills that guide financial planners in developing and monitoring client investment plans. It also covers the investment decision process and its underlying concepts; financial markets; and the characteristics, analysis, valuation, taxation, and trading of various domestic and offshore investment alternatives.
JD (or other credential (e.g., CPA, CFP) where appropriate for the subject matter to be taught) with a minimum of 3 years of practice in relevant area of expertise.
Computer literacy required.
Prior teaching experience in higher education a plus.
Prior experience with Blackboard a plus.
