Position Title: Adjunct Faculty/Anthropology, World Religion
Department/Division/Location: Social Sciences/School of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences
Hourly Rate of Pay: $72.60. No benefits.
Responsibilities: Prepares and delivers instruction in introductory Anthropology courses to a diverse student body. Evening, weekend, morning, and afternoon teaching assignments may be provided. Actively participates in all Departmental assessments and classroom management requirements. Provides regular and timely feedback to students and provides innovative classroom instruction to promote student success.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Anthropology or closely related discipline with significant graduate course work in Anthropology and one year of practical teaching experience is required. Experience with teaching courses in Archaeology, Native American culture, and/or World Religion is preferred.
