The Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement manages marketing and fan engagement efforts in support of fan attendance and ticket revenue for 16 NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics programs, with an emphasis on men's and women's basketball. This position is also responsible for promotional and production aspects of athletics events and activities, including event entertainment and contest promotions.Possession of a Master's degree in business, marketing or sports management is preferred, however, a Bachelor's degree with equivalent independent experience may also be considered. Two to three years of experience in digital marketing, promotions, or ticket sales in collegiate, professional or minor league athletics is a plus.
