Project Coordinator--Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Collect and process invoices from office and jobsites
-Turn in weekly timesheets from jobsite to corporate office
-Collect and process monthly pay applications from Subcontractors
-Assist project managers and superintendents as needed
-Office duties include typical Office Manager/Assistant duties
-Some recruiting and HR duties
-Communicate with subcontractors on a weekly basis
-Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Change Request, invoices, scheduling meetings, incoming and outgoing correspondence
-College Degree Preferred but not required
-Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
-Organized and self-motivated
-Strong English verbal and written communication skills
-Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
