Job Description

Our client a leading provider of high-tech framework for e-commerce. Seeks a Manager of Financial Reporting.

The Manager of Financial Reporting will be instrumental in leading and driving the planning and forecasting process, and providing insightful analyses and information to enhance overall company decision making and profitability.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reporting process as well as the assembly of financial reporting package for all international locations
  • Track the differences between US GAAP and local statutory GAAP and make appropriate adjustments for local statutory reporting as well as US GAAP reporting
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the Company
  • Manage the month-end process to analyze actual results that include financial statement line items and expense detail versus budgets, plans and forecasts, explain variances for the understanding of all business partners
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for internal and external management review
  • Lead and drive monthly financial review meetings with business partners, including executive management
  • Prepare financial models for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting
  • Prepare financial statement analysis and metrics and comparatives with industry peers
  • Prepare reporting for quarterly and annual reports
  • Prepare financial statement flux analysis and provide detailed explanations for external auditors
  • Assist with special projects as requested

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related. MBA/CPA preferred
  • Strong GAAP and FASB fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical, organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly
  • Demonstrated detail-oriented work ethic
  • High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information, required
  • Strong computer skills, with intermediate to advanced level Excel skills
  • Driven and prepared to take a hands-on and pro-active approach
  • Big 4 experience is a plus
