Duties: (a) Manage and oversee all Center initiatives and program delivery, domestically and globally, ensuring consistent quality. Will be the primary staff member to execute all Center initiatives in Europe and Asia; international travel is required; facility with global real estate executives is essential;
(b) Must be able to deal with diverse constituencies ranging from students and faculty to very high level, high net-worth individuals and high-level executives in the global real estate industry;
(c) Provide and implement primary strategy for Center donor prospects; also will coordinate and lead all development and fundraising efforts for the Center; provide general oversight of revenue generation for the Center;
(d) Direct a highly effective communications strategy, oversight of all forms of Center communications, including website, social media, marketing and branding initiatives; strategy should integrate domestic and global audiences;
(e) Provide overall management to all Center staff.
Qualifications: Highly advanced professional discipline. Masters degree or more and 7 years to 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written; must be able to communicate effectively to a large/diverse audience, including business executives, donors, prospects, students, faculty and other University employees.
Must strategize and oversee global development efforts and new domestic program. Demonstrated ability to manage staff, providing guidance and direction and set policy. Extensive travel is required. Ability to solve complex problems, dealing with multiple constituencies, both internal and external.
