Graduate Program Coordinator at Picatinny Arsenal Armament University. This involves the following responsibilities:
The ability to professionally interact and communicate with internal departments, multitask, and work to aggressive deadlines is of great importance. Strong written and verbal communications skills and use of MS Office Suite tools. Effective interpersonal and analytical skills independently manage Stevens Graduate Program Office at Picatinny Arsenal's Armament University.
Coordination of Armament University activities with other offices (Registrar's, Graduate Admissions, Student Service Center,etc) to ensure students taking off-campus non-traditional format courses receive accurate and timely response
Assist new and current students in applying for admission to the off campus non-traditional programs
Coordinate with the Armament University's education specialists and Stevens faculty to implement graduate education programs. Serve as on-site point of contact for Stevens' faculty and graduate students.
Manage the student application, course registration and graduation processes, collect, analyze and report program data
Design and implement marketing strategies to increase the student enrollment and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required hours are Monday -Thursday 3:00-7:30PM
