OFFICE ASSISTANT, Vending Services (4849/G2417)
This position is responsible for assisting the Vending Services Manager with the operation of the Vending operation on campus. The Vending enterprises include three contracted vending companies and a self-operated MicroFridge Rental Program. The individual in this position must provide clerical and manual support to the manager of Vending Services.
BA/BS, one to three years’ experience required. Respond to customer issues, process new orders, process refunds, answer all inquiries, and supervise a staff of students when deliveries are being performed. Keep warehouse clean and orderly. Fix, clean, move and deliver MicroFridges to students. Record and process all requests on a timely basis.
