University of North Texas - Administrative Specialist II
The University IT Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist II to join our team. The Administrative Specialist II position is UIT's first impression at the reception desk, providing customer service and services for UIT. The Administrative Specialist performs as an exam specialist, operating Scantron, Lexmark and Remark exam software. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:* Extensive computer and ten-key entry skills.* Provide research support, as well as reservation support for the Sage Hall Computer Based Testing Center. * Significant emphasis on attention to detail is required to ensure consistent accuracy in all duties. * Ability to communicate and work well with a diverse range of students, staff and faculty. The successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent and two years of general office or clerical experience. Substitution of education for experience allowed.
