Psychologist/Counselor/Social Worker, Counseling & Testing Center - 603002
Psychologist/Counselor/Social Worker, Counseling & Testing Center - 603002 Northern Arizona University (NAU) seeks to fill a Psychologist/Counselor/Social Worker position in Counseling Services (CS) within Campus Health Services (CHS). The successful candidate will be an experienced generalist psychologist, counselor or social worker with established clinical, outreach and training experience serving diverse populations. This individual will have the opportunity to strengthen outreach connections with diversity partners on campus, including the Chief Diversity Officer, the Inclusion and Multicultural Services office, the LGBTQA Resources and Support office, the Native American Student Services office and others. This individual will also provide training in diversity and multiculturalism to doctoral interns and master's level trainees.
Minimum Qualifications: Licensed or license eligibility in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Appropriate educational credentials in support of license; competency providing clinical services, outreach and training for diverse campus populations; experience providing clinical services for the wide range of presenting issues seen in college students, including assessing and managing risk and the treatment of serious concerns (e.g., eating disorders, personality disorders); highly effective interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Annual Salary: Commensurate with experience.
