Assistant and Associate Professor of Chemistry
The Chemistry Department at Wheaton College (IL) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in organic chemistry to begin August 2018. A Ph.D. in organic chemistry is required; research experience beyond the doctorate is beneficial. Responsibilities include teaching foundational and advanced organic chemistry; option to teach in general education. Successful candidates are expected to establish a research program involving undergraduate students; dedicated research space and start-up funds are available.
