OUTREACH AND PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Duties: -Oversight and management of all outreach, partnership and marketing initiatives assigned.
-Supervise department staff to include administrative coordinator and student interns.
-Oversee and manage intra-network communications, event planning, website/intranet maintenance, report and funding proposal writing and the production of communication materials.
-Develop and support initiatives to enhance outreach to program stakeholders.
-Manage network advertising and sponsorship programs.
-Assist in resource development including the solicitation and growth of corporate partnerships and alliances.
-Interaction with federal, state, and local government agencies, local economic development organizations, and university programs so as to increase the visibility of the SBDC.
-As requested, serve on regional and national committees to strengthen the Pennsylvania and national SBDC programs.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: -A Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; 5 - 7 years of experience is preferred.
-Online marketing skills and/or experience.
-Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
-Experience with database management.
-Working knowledge of social media platforms and campaigns.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
-Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
-SBDC experience preferred.
-Experience with and/or knowledge of corporate sponsorships preferred.
-Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communications, internet research).
-Travel required; must have a valid driver's license.
