Duties: D1/D2 Coordinator A-Supervise management of all pre-doctorial clinical rotations. Serve as the liaison between clinic course directors, staff and faculty, the office of academic affairs, the office of clinical affairs and the Curriculum Program and Scheduling Manager. Track the students education requirements as defined by distribution, ensure instructions in and compliance with all mandatory and prerequisite clinical training including axiUm training and monitor student attendance at the sessions.
Clinic Coordinator A-On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings coordinate multiple dental management programs with the primary care unit (PCU) Group Leaders and Administrative Directors. Track patient treatment plans; communicate patient status with assigned student dentist and PCU Group Leader. Coordinate management of students/patients assignments. Interface with PCU Group Leaders on course of action based upon student clinical experience and patient needs. Act as liaison between the PCU Groups. Patient appointment scheduling and patient concerns management. Maintain MVP Crown reports and student compliance reports. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent is required and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a dental setting such as a dental assistant, dental Hygienist or office manager preferred. Computer skills with MS Office and Excel required. AxiUm software knowledge helpful.
